A few things worth reading before your first visit.

Booking & Deposit

All bookings require a 20% deposit at the time of reservation. The deposit counts toward the final service price — you pay the remaining 80% in the studio after your appointment.

You can also choose to pay the full amount online. Either way, the deposit portion is non-refundable.

Appointments can be booked up to one month in advance. We leave a two-hour gap between guests so no one is rushed.

Cancellation

Life changes — we get it. You can cancel at any time, but the 20% deposit is non-refundable regardless of notice.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, we'll happily hold your deposit as credit toward a new booking with us.

Inside 24 hours, the deposit is forfeit. No-shows are treated the same way.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule any booking using the link in your confirmation email. Your deposit carries over to the new appointment automatically.

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice where possible so we can offer your slot to someone else.

Tips & Payment

Final balances can be settled in the studio by card, cash, or mobile payment (PromptPay / QR).

If you'd like to tip your technician, tips are accepted in cash only — they go straight to the person who looked after you.

Late Arrival

If you're running behind, let us know and we'll do what we can. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be treated as a no-show so the rest of the day doesn't collapse.

We recommend arriving five to ten minutes early so you can settle in.

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are available for any service or amount and are valid for twelve months from purchase.

Vouchers are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash. Just quote the voucher code when booking.

General Terms

All prices are in Thai Baht (฿) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

We accept Thai Baht card payments, cash, and mobile payment options. Online deposits and full payments are processed securely via Stripe.

We may use photos of our space for marketing. If you'd rather not appear in any, just let us know — we'll make a note on your file.
